Scott Maggart
Let’s just say Scott honed in on his career early: The precocious budding architect designed his first house at the age of six and considered Michelangelo and DaVinci his childhood heroes. “The arts—architectural, fine and musical—have been a major part of my life and a personal inspiration for as long as I can remember,” Scott remarks. “They continue to mold me to this day.” As his career in architecture has evolved, Scott says his greatest contributions come from building trusting relationships with clients and working collaboratively with teams to steer large, complex building projects to success. Outside the office, Scott reports that he’s often immersed in “multiple artistic pursuits—working on an oil painting, composing music, acting in a show, singing in a choir or an occasional opera.”
